ORF2 Warehouse
Is anybody from Amazon looking into the ORF2 Richmond VA warehouse? I receive shipment violations Inaccurate item quantity in box. There is no way this can be correct, I shipped hundreds of boxes to Charlotte without issues, now 8 shipment to ORF2 with inaccurate item quantity. Either way someone is going on there. Can Amazon at least check that out?

If you run the Inventory Ledger report, does it initially show them receiving all of the units and then later negative receipts in the amount of the discrepancies?

Yes - ORF2 is new as of last year and it stinks. They're the only one we have problems with. Right now we're trying to get reimbursed for 16 lost items, although Amazon keeps saying their investigation is closed. The correct quantity get checked in, and then a few days later a few get subtracted out (as per the Ledger report). What a scam.
