The worst customer service ever... They simply don't listen to the Sellers...

I shut down my Amazon Store many weeks ago but they persist in trying to charge me fees. I can't get to speak to anyone, and am required to reinstate the store in order to log a ticket (which I'm not prepared to do..!).

It's a racket... an appalling experience for sellers... learn from my mistake and stay away!

Need more information. Are you FAB or FBM? Did you close your account or put on vacation?

Amazon is a gigantic computer. If you didn't downgrade your account from "professional" to "individual", the computer will grab the monthly fee.

If you have inventory stranded, the computer will grab storage fees.

YOU have to make work this big machine by setting the correct settings and pushing the correct buttons.

I don't understand what you mean by

Is your account deactivated? If yes, copy and paste Amazon's message about that here for further help. You have to fix your account and close it properly. Otherwise the computer will charge you till the end of your days.

Hi @Seller_JGrSmV9Du1Ri5

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for your post.

As sellers have mentioned, charges can occur if your account is still enrolled in the professional selling plan and/or if you have any inventory left.

To learn how to downgrade to the individual (free) account visit this page.

I did look at your account and it is not closed, but you are deactivated due to an inform act requirement that wasn't completed.

Even thought the account is deactivated, you can still remove inventory to avoid future charges.

In case you have all of these steps and still see charges you will have to reach out to seller support, and they will be able to address your issues. You are welcome to share the case ID(s) with me here so that I can take a closer look as well.
