Ideally you’ll want to use a carrier from Amazon’s partnered list. I suggest this because they know how to deal with Amazon.

I never go straight to the carrier. Unishippers, wwex, freightquote etc. You’ll need to know the freight class. Google freight class calculator (because links to outside of Amazon are not allowed).

If you are not having it picked up from a commercial location with a dock or forklift, you must state that and it will be more expensive. To avoid that cost you can try to find a “friend” or friendly business that meets those requirements. A case of beer or a fifty go a long way.
