International Shipping

Having sold a book to a person in Brazil, we had to buy shipping through the post office and have not been able to update shipping so that we can receive payment for the book. Anyone else having a problem with confirming tracking for international shipping? What advice does anyone have about this problem?

My advice (which you probably will ignore) is to avoid international shipping on Amazon. There are all the usual problems, plus Amazon-specific problems. Think of Amazon's return policy. Whether it is listing on a different country's platform or allowing international through the dot com site -- I strongly urge against it.

For this order as long as you specify the correct carrier / service you should be able to enter the customs form number (tracking) to confirm. Unless this actually came through the other platform?
