Hi there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here. From what I can tell on my end, it appears you have already downgraded your account from Professional to Individual. You are also eligible for a one-time refund of subscription fee that will be charged to your account soon after the completion of registration process. You are only eligible for that one-off refund if you have not used any professional tools or benefits within 90 days.
Since you have already taken that step, you can contact Seller Support by following this link, requesting the reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $39.99.
