Unable to update order tracking number, support hung up on me 2 times !!!

Hi, for merchant fulfilled order I bought USPS shipping label from Veeqo, the next day USPS returned the package back to me because label was damaged (the ship to part of the label). I tried to cancel the label but Amazon system told me that this option has expired, I tried to update the old tracking number with new tracking number (I bough another shipping label) but there is not way to update the tracking number, so I can't cancel, I can't refund and I can't update the tracking number, my concern is that this will impact my metrics because shipment will be reported as undelivered. I opened a ticket with customer support asking them to update the tracking number of the shipped order, to my surprise they told me that have to asks USPS to update my tracking number. So called "Support" does not care that in this case USPS has nothing to do with Amazon shipping system. Today I scheduled calls with Amazon support and they hung up on me 2 times, after looking into the issue they disconnected the call. If Mod can help with this I would be really surprised, Veeqo sent me to USPS, Amazon "Support" sent me to USPS but I only need to update incorrect tracking number with correct tracking number !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have a support case ID you can share that has more details about the specific orders? I see that you had a couple of disconnected calls as well.

I also let our Veeqo partner team know about this post, and they will be looking into it as well once I get them more information.
