how to stop a malicious buyer from ordering and refunding many times( actually is EACH TIME )

There is a bad behavior buyer who has ordered from me 10 times so far, and requested refund for 10 times ( and some products never returned back to us ). And all orders are not small orders, each order is more than several hundred dollars and some is more than one thousand dollars order. Again, today he placed a new order with more than $1000 which of course later on will request refund same as his old trick ! How can i report to amazon about this malicious buyer stop buying from me ?? Please help, thank you all.
