New Reimbursement Policy is just...
If you're a small business here on Amazon, using FBA following the new reimbursement policy changes, it's now a losing proposition.
0/84 of garage alarms made it to FBA center (I genuinely believe someone is stealing products en route), and since sourcing cost for one vendor was significantly lower than what I had paid, only received 20% of cost. Invoice approved, but they deny stating someone else got it for cheaper, so you can too.
Given the risk of being denied fair compensation, losing products en route, small sellers are simply better off doing FBM. The headaches from constantly messaging seller support are simply not worth it, and if you're reading this, i hope you avoid the mistake I made in trusting Amazon. Stick with FBM and save your sanity.

Hi @Seller_EdgWoWyqLNBPZ
Christine here from Amazon Forums.
I was checking the case ID 17828823711 and ID 17859045301 and I do see these are being handled by the correct team.
Please allow them to provide you with a resolution, if after this the issue persists, let me know so we can check on the next steps :).
Christine.
