I have been running sponsored ad since last five years. But I never get profit. I lost more that 25 lakh rupees with the hope that I may get good sale and profit. Whenever I pause ad, one Amazon manager will call me to optimise the ad and accept the recommendations and loose more than 79% ACOS. I never get genuine advice from Amazon staff.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am sorry to read about your experience. I do want to suggest taking a look at the Amazon Ads Academy if you haven't already. After clicking on the page previously, hover over the "Learn," menu and then click on "Amazon Ads Academy." Once you are logged in, you will have access to over 150 types of content from videos to getting certifications and it is all free.
For you, I recommend filtering to just the Sponsored Ads content which 30 online courses and webinars to view which will help you understand how you can optimize your ads. Of course you can still receive those recommendations from the Ads team, but maybe just take an additional step to make sure the recommendations will align to your business and growth/sales goals.
