UPS Return delivered to wrong address
I sold a calculator worth $99 and shipped and delivered to the customer. The next day the customer changed their mind and requested a return. They printed the return label from Amazon and sent it back. Of course amazon (who hates 3rd party sellers and will not stand behind ANYthing on their side I have seen) immediately refunded the customer without me even receiving the product. Well UPS delivered it to a whole other state! I contacted UPS and they acknowledged their error and told me to fill out the reimbursement form and they would send me the value in a check. After filling out their form they then said...oh Amazon shipment you have to get Amazon to file the claim cause they "generated" the label. Well I contacted Amazon and they said since the return was processed the case is closed! They didn't even read the details I sent them obviously! UPS said they deal with this all the time with Amazon and I am not asking Amazon for any money just file the details I sent with UPS. I filed another claim with Amazon which I expect them to ignore again. Why do they hate sellers so much?
