VTR is above 99% and still received an email from Amazon stating below 95%
Hi, My VTR rate is always 100% but don't know why it dropped by 0.9%. Anyways its always more than 99% but still I received email from Amazon stating my it is below 95% and seller fulfilled listings are at risk. anybody received similar email. generally my VTR is 100% and now its at 99.19%. Why I received this email? I sell in Canada and Buy Shipping option is not available in Canada.

The email is stating that some categories are below 95%. Read the wording again.
Go o your BTR Report on the shipping performance tab and it will show you the categories below 95%.
For example, this list below averages out to 96.94% total, due to 71% and 88% categories.
