Error code 5461
I am currently undergoing error code 5461 I just got a email stating that they are not accepting any applications for my asin I made the decision of trying to get a trademark before launching will this fix the problem?
I’m in desperate need of help I have inventory that’s almost finished and I’m getting this error code that can possibly ruin everything any insight will be heavily appreciated.

I'm sorry you're running into Error 5461. If you encounter this error message, it is because you have not been authorized to create new ASINs for the brand. You may still seek approval to create the new ASIN if you can show that it is an authentic product of the brand for which no ASIN exists yet.
