Seeking Help: Self Ship program - Unrealistic Delivery Times (2 Weeks instead of 2 days) Contradicting Amazon Policies

We have opted for the Self Ship program for over two years, consistently maintaining a transit and delivery time of 1 to 2 days (after the stated handling time). This has resulted in a near-perfect On-Time Delivery Rate and fast shipping times.

Suddenly, before the Eid holidays, Amazon imposed substantially extended delivery time estimates across our entire inventory. Customers see estimated delivery dates of about two weeks, while we can actually deliver in-stock inventory within 1 to 2 days. These estimates are inaccurate, drastically longer than our usual performance, and have caused a sudden and severe drop in sales volume as customers are deterred by these unrealistic delivery times.

We raised this issue with Amazon Seller Support, but instead of solving the problem, they attributed it to our on-time delivery rate falling slightly below the stated 97% target based on a slight delay on 1 or 2 shipments during the last month.

This action directly contradicts Amazon's On-Time Delivery Rate policy, which states there should be no penalty for not meeting the 97% target but Amazon might extend the allowed transit dates we specify in our shipping settings (for example, extending transit times to 3 or 4 days instead of the 1-2 days we've had as a default for the last two years).

However, in reality, neither our shipping settings of 1-2 days have been changed, nor is the two-week delivery duration shown to customers are justified or reflect the slightest reality of maintaining near perfect shipping and delivery duration to our customers even if Amazon added an extra day or two to our transit time.

This seems to unfairly benefit sellers using Amazon's own shipping services, as they are not subjected to such exaggerated delivery times. I'm concerned that this practice violates Amazon's commitment to a fair marketplace.Has anyone else experienced this? I'm seeking advice and would like Amazon to address this issue, as it is clearly out of policy and has severe, harmful consequences for diligent sellers.
