Si es por cuestiones tuyas que no mandaste el producto a tiempo no hay forma de ayudarte, si fue por cuestiones de que no paso estafeta a recogerlos (Easy Ship) entonces debes levantar un caso informando de lo sucedido para que te ayuden a limpiar tus metricas.

Ver cuales son los pedidos que te están contando como atrasados, pueden quitarte algunos si no fue tu responsabilidad. Si fue el caso, esperar que con mas ventas y tiempo se quite tu notificación, saludos

From your post I see that you are having late shipment rate issues and you would like assistance with how to resolve it. When it comes to late shipment rate , you want to make sure that your orders are sent out on or before the expected ship by date. If orders are shipped and or confirmed after this date then this will affect your late shipment rate metric.

I suggest to check your handling time and see if this is a reasonable time for you to prepare your orders to be shipped. You can check your handling time by going to setting in seller central, click shipping settings, make sure general shipping settings is selected, then scroll down to see how many days your handling time is set to. You can also change the handling time for items specifically in the product detail page settings.

I have a few questions, so I can better understand your situation:

Do you have a banner at the top of seller central that says your account is at-risk? If so, is there an appeal button next to it?

Have you downloaded the late shipment rate report to see if you can identify the root cause as to why items were shipped late? Once you have, I suggest to build a prevention plan so you can avoid having late shipment rate issues in the future.

lamento decirte que lla mejor opcion es cancelar la bendita cuenta, porque luego el dichoso algoritmo te penalizara por detras del telon y no va a ver evidencia.....llevo 90 dias esperando que el algoritmo se reinicie, es absurdo.
