I am writing this letter because I have recently received some malicious reviews and would like the Review Complaints Panel to help me investigate and remove these false reviews of unfair business competition!
The date of the review shown on the website: The day before yesterday, the buyer claimed that his shopping installation took a week to complete even though it took less than 72 hours from the time the order was placed to the time the review was shown, so we doubt the authenticity of it and it is a malicious review.

It's frequently a "figure of speech" around here. "It took an eternity" doesn't actually mean they are still doing it when they are dead. "Took me a week" doesn't necessarily mean an actual week, just days feeling like a week, expressing something was tedious and slow..
If you are talking about shipping time, then the review can be removed if it ONLY talks about shipping time. Note, none of your products has such a review, so if it was there, it's already removed.
