Package returned to sender

Customer reached out to me that he did not update his shipping address and asked that we send it to his new address when it returned. We received it back today, but how do I send it out to the customers new address through Amazon so that he can't request a refund for not getting his item?

You don't, you refund it and have them place a new order with the correct address.
