New Inventory Management Page
We keep track of our inventory through UPC's. In the old page this was never an issue. However, in the new page when we scan a UPC it cuts off the last number every time. We tried from different scanners on different computers with the same results. We can either highlight and re-scan which will then apply the entire UPC or manually add the last number. Either way is taking time away from other activities.
Has anyone else come across this? I'm trying to figure out if this is a hardware issue on our end or if Amazon's new page has this particular glitch.

I don't use UPCs, so I can't speak to that, but apparently it's just one of many glitches on the new page. This "improvement" includes quite a few steps backward as we lose several useful features.
When no one is in charge and no one is held accountable, this is what happens.
Oh, also, no one cares.

Popping in here to say that the team in charge of the recent changes has been monitoring all feedback, and even conducted a recent Ask Amazon event (not sure if you have already reviewed, but linking anyway). In light of that, I recommend you continue to share your feedback as the team is listening - and even made some recent changes to the page in response.
