What does Amazon mean "Shipment or purchase order ID" for investigating the missing items?
My items were missing from inbound shipment.
I opened a case but Amazon refused the documents that I attached.
I'm a manufacturer so Amazon asked for the document that includes the below information.
- Packing list date
- Shipment or purchase order ID
- Product names of the missing items
- Quantity shipped
- Manufacturer signature or stamp
But again, they didn't accept my attachment.
Amazon said as below.

Please be informed that, we can not consider the previously given attachment as a valid document. As the packing list provided for the missing MSKU: *******(product SKU) does not have Shipment or purchase order ID.

Is the same business name on your manufacturing operation AND the Amazon selling account?
In my case I have multiple LLCs in use and one is my seller account and a different one is my Brand Name for items I make.
I had to actually give myself authorization to sell my own products for Brand Registry.
You may need to do an actual invoice and packing slip to satisfy the BOTS on Amazon.
