Seller Help associates keep replying the same standard answer without reading
Hi there, I am going crazy with the infinite replies to issues which none of the seller help associates is really spending time to assist me. I have some products with trademarks violation but I have submitted the license agreement at least 3 times in the same issue but each of the different associates whom reply to the issue keep ignoring that and give me the same answer like template. I have also tried to speak to one of them via chat and was told it will be escalated the so called brand advisor is also giving generic answers. Is anyone getting the same problem here and how can we seek real help? Is Amazon aware of the services their seller support services is rendering?

Hello @Seller_fobauR790QID7- thanks for the post! Have you secured a Letter of Authorization from this brand? Wondering if that could be what support is looking to request. If you have a Case ID I could take a look at, I'd be happy to see how we can best assist!
