Amazon Seller Support not helping with my Self Ship order error
I have a priority self ship order received yesterday which I am not able to ship due to an error "This carrier does not deliver to a PO box. Please choose an alternative carrier."
Due to the above error, self ship button is not clickable. Seller Support team is clueless and there is no response on my case. The order will get auto-cancelled in few hours and I will get penalised and ODR for Pre-fulfilment will be added to my account health without my mistake.
This is absolutely pathetic. They keep talking about policies every time and when it comes to us sellers, they don't really bother to give us a solution.. They are always biased to buyers and will refund without even having a discussion with us but when we face any problem that too this critical, support team don't care.
