Getting paid
Okay so when I started I sent orders non stop. I then lost inventory by dropping at wrong shipping providers. Lost out a little bit what I’m confused about would be a lot of my items delivered to the customers. How and when and why haven’t I been paid. My statements show $300+ earned and then says $0 at end of settlement. I refined a lot of the orders that were failed mission. I wanna know how to get paid and what am I doing wrong. I’ve had late shipments. One incorrect item which I refunded. I’m confused and I don’t wanna give up just yet. Can someone please give me a better understanding of how payments work and why I’m not being paid directly to my bank.

This. I noticed you just joined the forums a few weeks ago. It takes time to build up a reputation where Amazon trusts you. The screen captures you provided reveals that.
And if you do well you could get hit with a velocity audit, we did years ago.
It just takes time to build up a buffer so that you have those payments coming in on a regular schedule.
Do be sure you ship on time, and drop off or arrange for pickup, the same day you enter the order as shipped.

What does reports, payments show? Do you have an account level reserve or are you not selling for a profit?

No suspended info or emails that I’ve seen. Yes all my money is actually in reserves. I’m just confused as to why and how to get it out?? I started two weeks ago. So I’m fairly new at this.

No I use my laptop. I’m at work right now I was just showing the details about my account and what all it has been saying.

When you’re new they hold funds to cover the costs of returns or any issues with the orders.
When I first started I had some weird payouts. Then when we started picking up pace it started getting weird again. I’ve gone an entire month once or twice without getting paid. It all works out and eventually you’ll just get half your balance every other week.

Yea and they are getting really bad about that. It used to be they would take your account reserve for the previous pay period and that would be your starting point for the next. But lately they have been reserving half of the reserve from the starting balance so that using “Amazon math” I keep getting paid exponentially less. It’s ridiculous. At this point I’m thinking of changing from “Seller” to Vendor and just living with the 60 day “Slow pay” they hit vendors with…
I’m just now getting paid for orders I shipped out a month ago! I’m kind of glad this isn’t a full time gig for me anymore and not my primary source of income. And with the other c rap that have been pulling, I sleep much better at night knowing I don’t need to depend on my Amazon payment as much.

When I first started I didn’t get paid until the 4th or 5th week of selling and it was like 45$ lol. now I hit the pay me button every other day at 8pm, and I get my funds that way. just keep selling and building a reputation with amazon . Best of luck …

Thanks for helping me understand. I once thought forums were pointless but you guys really did help me understand and feel better with myself and my confidence. You all are truly amazing people.

I’m glad we were able to help.
What is more important than your payouts right now is keeping your account in good shape.
These things have me worried for you:
Amazon doesn’t give a ton of wiggle room to get your business together.
What is most important right now is getting the orders shipped without any issues.
Late shipments, lost inventory, Amazon won’t let you do this too many times.
Good luck!
