"No Reference Price available" Even if we have sold the items before.
Or "Discount Requirements not met". Anybody that has a repricer active will basically not be able to use a coupon. One of our items went up .04 cents and became inactive.
No more new release discounts, because there is "no sales history"
Seems pretty counter intuitive for a company that wants us to give the absolute best deal to the customer at all times to deactivate coupons for whatever donkey logic they came up with

I just posted a similar issue. However, even for aspects that meet all the requirements, they are still suppressed. I don't think this is an issue with sales history, or reference prices, I think the entire coupon system is broken at this point.

Promotions are not working either. If you set up a multiple tier promotion (buy 1 get 5% off, buy 2 get 10% off, etc), only the 1st tier is showing up.
Also, if you sell in the Handmade or Customs category, promotions are not displaying at all on the main page - at least not for our items.
Customer support said that promotions do not work on Handmade or Customs - I laughed out loud at that because it's worked without issue for years!

HI,. Same problem here. What I was told to do to remedy the problem is go to my seller central, edit the product and create a sale. The coupons are no longer working for me. I created a 5% sale on the product giving it an end date and now my regular price is striked out INDICATING 5% OFF. and the new 5% sale price is listed on my products. Now everybody receives the 5% discount without selecting a coupon. Kinda a bummer because sometimes buyer do not select the coupon and pay regular price. . OH WELL.

this happened to me few days ago. You need to go to product detail page and all prices "List price, offer price and sales price all must be the same amount." I have opened several cases and I ended up figuring out myself.

We have stopped using amazon advertising because it is not a profit maker for us. PPC will help with sales not profit. Coupons never worked for us.
When will amazon start paying for their broke down system. Amazon should try to delight us sellers once in a while. Instead of delighting the customer at the seller's expense.

Same here. Submitted around 35 coupons after this rule came into place, but only about 4 of the coupons met the requirements. Ended up removing the coupons and setting everything up as a regular promotion.
