More refunds than returns

Sorry if this is a dumb question. I am looking at my P&L using Helium 10. Every week I run reports to keep track of metrics. The amount of refunds I see in my P&L far surpasses the amount of returns I see in my Seller Central account. I understand a small margin of error but it's very different. Am I misunderstanding something?

The reports in Seller central usually have 24 hours delay. It is my understanding that Helium uses data from Seller central, I am not aware if they have different latencies, have you contacted to better understand their reports? If not, their contact information for support can be found below:

Helium 10

If you are still seeing discrepancies after reporting this with Helium, I would encourage you to raise a case with our Seller Support team.
