Amazon Sponsored Products Collapse

On September 14th we observed a massive dropoff in our Sponsored Products results. Only the average, our campaign has spent around $2,000 per day, which yielded around 2 Million impressions per day. We began seeing a massive dropoff in September without changing anything in regards to the pricing strategy or bid amounts (we haven't touched it since January). We fell down to $200 per day ad spend, only generating 300,000 impressions a day. Some campaigns have completely fallen off to virtually nothing (less than $1.00) per day. We have never observed anything like this in our 10+ years on Amazon, coming into our busy season this is very concerning. If anyone can help us diagnose what's causing this it would be greatly appreciated. As per usual, Amazon Seller Support is no help. They simply state that our bids are too low (they haven't been too low any of the last 10 years), yet I humored them and raised bid prices to their "suggested" bids, and we are still seeing campaigns getting zero impressions. I've even searched exactly and closely for our products, and the entire Amazon search page has zero sponsored products.

My assumption is that Amazon now just isn't even showing sponsored products if your bid isn't what they see as "high enough?"

Has anyone observed a similar trend? And how did you fix it?

Hello @Seller_IjQZ6PEAkvw1A,

I appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention by posting here at the forums!

The first step I would take is submit a case with Seller Support, this not only get the process started as any major escalation will need a Case ID and at the same time it documents this happening to your account.

Secondly, have you tried contacting directly the Advertisement team on this ? If not please reach out to them via the Contact Us home page.

Sincerely,

Joey

Exact same thing happened to us.

Has anybody found any resolution?

We opened a case and only got ad support tell us that our campaign just went "out of date"??

So we created new campaigns with no positive results.

I can assume that opening a new case and stating "The Entity is NOT Servable in Fenix" would be something that most Amazon support would even know what that means.

How do you run this Status Check?
