Account deactivated by section 3

I received an email this morning that my account is deactivated by section 3. I only use this account and I registered my brand with uspto. I have not sold any products yet. Could you send more information about why it was deactivated or what can I do to activate it? And are all the documents I have sent is legal

It would be in your performance notifications and your account health screen.

NOTE -- nearly ALL accounts get suspended immediately after they are opened while Amazon verifies your information so unless they sent you a suspension notice asking for more information it is most likely just temporary.

Other possibilities --

Did you open the account and then let it sit idle while you waited for the USPTO to approve of your filing?

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

@Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7 and @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp are correct in that in most cases, you would get some advanced notice or warning with actions to take to avoid your account being deactivated. Most likely, these warnings and the deactivated notice would be in your performance notifications in Seller Central. Those notices will tell you what you need to do to avoid deactivation or in this case what you need to do to reinstate your account.

Since you mentioned section 3 and a deactivation, I believe section 3 refers to the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement which you can find in that link.

If you have already appealed and have a case ID, I can look it up if you provide me the case ID.

Happy to assist further as needed.
