China fake product on my listing

I've been selling B0756LXMGQ for 6 years. This product made and sold by me and my family in the US. Recently I have china sellers on my listing selling fake items from china. I was trying to rebrand this listing and received refusal from amazon associate even though I'm owner of the brand. I felt so hopeless that I decided not to sell this asin on amazon, so I deleted my photos and took my all inventory. But now amazon changed photo to the oldest one somewhere from the archive (with me). So now there is my photo with my brand with my product and some scammers sellers from china. This is so disturbing. Please help.

Its different in China.

In China, it is considered honorable to continuously make popular products cheaper by copying the product and using inexpensive materials.

In the United States this is known as counterfeiting.

You have to forcefully remove them. You have a trademark but you do not have a registration number.

The only way to remove these sellers is by doing something called a "test buy". You have to get them to ship you the product and it will take a long time because it comes from China.

Once you get the product, you will have to submit just the order number through your brand registry portal when you report them for copyright infringement. You will have to reference the website you have for your brand.

I would suggest that you be extremely short and to the point in your violation submission. Things such as "they have our logo in their product" is fine.
