How to do that? You need to find the link and provide it.
There is no step by step way to direct someone to find that.
Or if you can find a step by step - for goodness sake share it here!

DO NOT ask customers to "remove" feedback. At best you can ask "If you would like to give us additional feedback, please do so."

Hello! @Seller_dpDBDWKiDHK0r
This is Roberto. I wanted to follow up on your post, you should not ask buyers to "remove" feedback, you can change the wording to something like, if you wish to update the feedback left in our store.
This is part of our selling policies and seller code of conduct. Additionally, some buyers have troubles finding the feedback submitted to 3rd party sellers as noted by @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl.
As an alternative option, and I find it easier myself, is to simply type feedback directly from the website, this will give them a direct link to the submitted feedback:
Hope that helps.

That is misleading. The only action available to the buyer is removing the feedback.
