Search Supression due to Main Image
I'm going a little bit crazy trying to edit my ASINS from custom to variations. The ASIN that gets transferred will sometimes get tagged as "search suppressed due to the main image missing", but the main image is there and to make it more confusing, one of the new variations uses the same image, but those never get tagged... just the image associated with the original ASIN.
I've opened up a help ticket and every few days someone fixes the ASINS by "removing the identification tagging", but by then I have 15+ new ASINS that need the same help, so I reopen the ticket. This last time seller support told me the image didn't have a white background (it does) and closed the case. So I reopened the case. This is just so frustrating and time consuming.
If a moderator could please look into this I would really appreciate it. Case #14924015361
I would also be curious if there's a way to preemptively remove the identification tagging that's causing this so I don't have to keep opening the help ticket each time I get a handful of ASINS that need help.
