Can you have our account reviewed? Negative feedbacks adding up and more pending orders from this account. ODR now over 1% because of these feedback attacks.

We have 6 negative feedbacks on our account now for BUYER INITIATED CANCEL REQUESTS. We cancel the order on their request, and they leave fake feedback to have our account shutdown.
This has happened 71 times this year alone from the same entity attacking our account, plus the all the previous attacks going back almost 2 years now.
