I was wondering if AMZ Sellers Attorneys is a real service that anyone has had luck with.
I have followed that plan of action method and corrected all issues Amazon has required of me and am looking for alternative methods of reactivation.
If not AMZ, are there any other methods?

There have been other threads on your problems, and the most likely reason you cannot get your account activated is you undermined Amazon’s trust in you during this lengthy appeals fiasco.
No lawyer is going to overcome this problem for you.
If you followed all of the suggestions without success, this is probably the case.
I am sure even these attorneys you mention who appear in spam on this forum, have succeeded in getting some sellers reinstated.
There does not appear to be a hook to use for your case, the straight approach has not worked.
Most firms who do Amazon reinstatement for a modest fee use templates which are barely relevant for most situations.
They do not invest significant amounts of time in a custom analysis and appeal without charging thousands.
I have no idea what the potential revenue is if your game succeeds, so I can’t tell whether it is worth thousands to get reinstated.
I recommend you find other distribution for your product.

Sorry for your issues here. AMZ is not a forgiving place, you get one chance usually to do as asked and after that everything works against you. Your question was specific about that legal group. I don’t know them and have never used them, but I would be careful hiring anyone for this that wants big upfront fees. As other sellers have pointed out, it appears that you are going to have a very hard time getting reinstated. Amazon doesn’t care about sellers, because they just don’t need you. 3P sellers helped them build the biggest market in the world, but there are thousands of sellers waiting in the wings to take your place, a pretty unlimited supply it seems. You are the only one who can decide if you want to keep pushing this rock up the hill, or move on to other markets.

That said, as a Marine, you must understand that following orders to a T is very important. Amazon does what they do to make sure that you will not be a liability to them or their customers. They do not know you or anything about you, so first impressions are important.
