We are facing a serious issue with fake reviews that are damaging the reputation of a new product we just launched. We have already contacted support, but so far Amazon has not taken any action to resolve this.

The reviews follow a clear pattern:

Purchases made on the same day.

Comments about impossible defects.

False claims of contacting us for a replacement, which never happened.

Accounts with no prior review history.

Has anyone faced a similar situation or knows how to get Amazon to remove these reviews and investigate the associated accounts?

We would greatly appreciate any help or advice.
