False Customer Feedback Removal
So we had a customer who left a review yet never contacted us once to let us know there was any type of issue. We take our feedback serious as that is what customers look at to determine if you are a trustworthy business or not. They were upset because they were not notified of any type of restocking fee's prior to them filing to return the item. Mind you we never charged the customer a restocking fee nor have we received the return. The customer then went on to state that the light bulb in which they purchased (smart LED light) required a subscription to use. You really can't make this stuff up. We explained to the customer that our restocking fee's have been up and listed for years, however Amazon is in control of the area in which this info is placed. Secondly, we have and use the same bulbs he ordered and there is no such thing as a subscription for a light bulb. After a little research it appears that people who did not download the correct authentic app for the lights were prompted with pop ups that try to get you to subscribe. We did explain this all to the customer and mentioned that we would be more then happy to assist him in obtaining the correct authentic app should he decide to want to keep the bulb. So in all they left a bogus, inaccurate review of things that they made up and are out of our control, we tried to have it automatically removed and had 0 luck. We are calling on a MOD to please check it out and remove the feedback as we are not in control of where the restocking fees are posted and we as a business can not be held accountable for a customers user error. There is no issue with the item itself, the issue lays within the fake app that the customer decided to download which was not the correct one.
Please see that the feedback gets removed for OrderID: 113-4659410-8640263

They don't have to
They were upset because they were not notified of any type of restocking fee's prior to them filing to return the item. Mind you we never charged the customer a restocking fee nor have we received the return.
Sounds like they saw your return policies and were upset that you charge a restocking fee if they want to return a new item. That being besides the fact that you can't, if the item is still new
When can you charge a restocking fee?
You can charge a restocking fee in the following scenarios:
An item is returned outside of Amazon's return policy. You can charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on items that are returned outside of the return window. However, you're not required to accept returns beyond the return window.
An item is returned in used, damaged, or materially different condition.
You may not charge a restocking fee for items that are returned in original condition and within the return policy.
YOUR return policy, falsely listed in the "about me section"

and directly conflicting with the Amazon return policy listed in the right spot:

However, since you are selling Nike, Lego, Ninendo and other fun stuff, looks like you have not wasted much time reading ANY policies anyways.
The customer then went on to state that the light bulb in which they purchased (smart LED light) required a subscription to use.
Yet:

I disagree, this buyer was upset with the spam he was bombarded with after buying the bulb. Then frustrated when he wanted to return it just to learn he wont get all of his money back. I I know, I have been there also and ended up throwing all 4 bulbs away rather than signing up for some random APP.
And how is it out of control when you don't know the product (or APP issues) you are selling?

you only have 1? consider yourself lucky and let it go - you'll waste more time and hair trying to get a resolve - this platform does not give a rats about this

If this is true @Seller_DaYqvZ1SJ9GN0 look immediately for another platform to sell on. Because your account suspension (forever) is on it's way. If you have ANY of these in an Amazon warehouse create removal orders immediately because Amazon will confiscate and destroy the products.

Hello @Seller_DaYqvZ1SJ9GN0,
I have reviewed the feedback and it is not eligible for removal as the customer is providing their feedback regarding their experience with you as a seller. The other sellers have also provided you with some great information regarding selling top name brand items, such as Nike, Lego etc. If you do not have permission directly from the brand and are on their brand registry, you may want to reconsider listing them. You may also find this post helpful, as it provides information on best practices when listing your items to get approved.
Regards,
Michelle
