Delivery appointment required with non-partnered UPS carrier?
Hello,
I am preparing my first shipment to AMAZON FBA USA.
I send my inventory from France. In Seller Central there is no possibility to select the option "Amazon Delivery Partner ".
So I am going to use UPS NON-PARTNER option.
Does UPS (NON-PARTNER) need to set up a delivery appointment with Amazon’s fulfillment center to receive my shipment ? UPS France ask for deliver address Email and Phone Number, and I am not able to provide this information, I am wondering wether UPS NON-PARTNER is able to smoothly deliver my inventory to AMAZON FBA USA or not. Nobody in UPS FRANCE is able to answer this simple question, they keep asking for an Email and a phone number ;-).

Hi @Seller_5ZLtsakJbvJTE,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help. UPS should be able to work with you to get the products through customs and then to an FC in the US. UPS is a partnered carrier when shipping inside of the US, however there are no partnered carriers when sending from outside of the US to US FCs. I would continue to try to work with UPS and ask how they have worked with international Amazon Sellers in the past.
