New Seller Advertising payment failure

My Amazon ad was suspended due to a payment failure, I have filed several case notes about this payment failure since 03/29/2024, my Amazon ad account is still suspended. The ads did not violate any rules and I suspect there is no reason to do so as my product is a new product that meets the promotion criteria and also meets all Amazon advertising guidelines, there are no abnormalities in account health, operational metrics, payment status and brand registration status, I can confirm that I have reviewed all aspects of my account and it is in good standing. Below is a summary of my seller account to further prove that my listing qualifies for sponsored ads, can anyone help me?

My advertising account setup credit card

1. Have sufficient balance

2. Credit card is not expired

3. The credit card number is correct

4. The cardholder's name is the same as the cardholder's name on the card

5. The credit card has not been lost or stolen, or otherwise deactivated

6. The credit card company has not changed the credit card account number

7. The credit card has no restrictions on electronic or online purchases

8. The credit card is charged in the currency of the Amazon store where the advertised account is registered

9. Amazin recently charged the same card from seller central for the outstanding payment

Its a big frustration that all inventory is at Amazon, our account is healty, all payements are proceeding from seller central, and we are unable to run any ads. As new seller/Brand ads are important to run to have business. our business is significantly hurt due to this suspension, Anyone community member here to help?
