Fake listing question
I currently have several sellers here and other marketplaces selling an item with my trademark on it. The listings do not mention my trademark, but it is imprinted on the item. I did a test buy and confirmed that it is essentially a "fake" item that contains my trademark. To clarify, this is like brand "SIKE" selling a shoe that contains the "NIKE" trademark even though the listing never mentions "NIKE" at all. This works for them as my item is a unique color (orange) and this separates my item from the pack of black ones. So they don't really need to show my trademark when everyone knows the best one is colored orange. I am preparing to fight this and looking for guidance and advice using just the Amazon tools for now.

Hello @Seller_08TZq9sOIaGvv,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I will be happy to assist you in providing the various Amazon tools that you can use for what may be IP infringement.
I will provide some general guidance, but if you have a case ID that has the relevant details of the issue you are experiencing and provide it here, that can help me provide you help that is more specific.
The first step is understanding what type of IP infringement you are experiencing as that will dictate what you select in the Report a violation tool on the Brand Registry site, as well as what details you need to provide. The Report intellectual property infringements help page provides the 3 types, the process to follow and a Seller University video that walks through it all.
You can also report violations of Amazon policy through the report abuse link in your Account Health Dashboard. An example of when this may be what you provided here - A seller is selling "NIKE," but under the brand name "SIKE." If you have done the test buy and receive a "NIKE," branded product then you can provide the order ID and relevant info. Here is Seller University videos that will help with that process Report abuse in the Amazon store.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Best, Dougal
