Pet Products Inactive & Not Accepting Applications to Sell
Hello Sellers & Amazon,
I'm a new seller just starting selling the pet supplies on Amazon. I've created a product listing with generic and no product ID however my product is showing inactive and required approval. Once I request approval , I got a message below
"We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Pet Supplies category in Refurbished condition(s)
Other Pet Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Pet Supplies category in Collectible condition(s)"
I tried to solve this issue on live chat and Amazon Team said I need to wait for some days and once the restriction will be removed I will be notified and will see" apply to sell"

Thanks for posting here. As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, Amazon has implemented additional restrictions for ingestible Brands, a.k.a pet supplies. Unfortunately, we are not accepting applications for ingestible brands at this time.
If you are a brand owner, I recommend working with an attorney experienced in IP and the trademark office to understand the best path forward for you to have intellectual property in the updated product class (Health & Personal Care).
If you are not a brand owner but have a relationship with the brand directly, you can reach out to them to ask them to add you as an Authorized Reseller of their brand in Brand Registry, which may get you approved to list their items.
I know this is not the outcome that you were hoping for, but I thank you for your understanding.
