hi I’m new in the business of Amazon seller and I been having problems with the payment I provide my payment method (chase) and I can’t receive nothing I try a lot of time and they can’t send me my payment so I was wonder if someone had the same problem and how can I resolved?

Are you using a debit card or a credit card?

Are you referring to deposit method or payment method? If you are referring to deposit method, you need a bank account. If you are referring to a payment method, you need a valid credit card.

Thank you for posting your inquiry into Forums. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.
