you need to send ALL the invoices that you have from official distributors even from items from the same brand even if they are from another models. and make a letter in PDF and explain why are you sendind all that invoices. i had a similar problem, i sended invoices only for the item in dispute but keep getting denied, then i had to make a letter explaining why i was sending all the invoices from the same brand with all the models numers, and they accepted my appeal.
