My product does not show up in a keyword search
My product is not showing even at the end of the page when I search for my product using the keywords (not even at the end of the search result page). The only way to find my product is by copy and pasting the link directly into my browser. How am I supposed to sell if Amazon is unwilling to display my product?
As an analogy, if a storefront agrees to take in and sell merchandise from their client in return for stocking and service fees, that storefront should be obligated to display their client’s merchandise to their customers.
I was on the Professional Account and FBA plan, but had to downgrade because my product was not visible and therefore not selling. I reached out to Amazon Support many times to ask about my product visibility and they suggested me to play around with the keywords. After many times of changing the keywords, I still was not able to find my product on Amazon.
Is it reasonable to ask for FBA service fee and seller plan refund from Amazon?

I know that this is not the answer you want, but this is very unlikely to be Amazon’s fault. Amazon wants to sell products.

- Today I will buy some Books that are Green.
The Amazon search engine runs or titles and yours has so many useless words, there is no meanting a bot can detect. Cut the title down to 3-4 words.
