Amazon doesn't give me my money

Amazon closed my account and made a video call with me to give me the money. They asked me about 20 questions in the video call. I couldn't remember some of the questions they asked. For example, they told me the date I opened my account. I couldn't remember the exact date. They asked me the old name of my account. I changed the name of the account a long time ago and I couldn't remember it at that moment. For these reasons, unfortunately, they are not giving me my money. I will explain this to the US Department of Justice.I will explain the issue to Better Business Bureau and Small Claims Court, American Arbitration Association, Federal Trade Commission.

I swear this account belongs to me, I swear the products in your account are real, I can prove it, Amazon will not give my money just because of one person's word.

I have tweeted some of the well-known journalists in America right now, and I will continue to do so. I will send an e-mail to everyone I can, and I want to have a video call with me again.

If you know your product is authentic, but you do not have a letter of authorization from the brand owner, it is still considered "unauthentic" to Amazon.

Yes, selling on Amazon is very difficult and has to be learnt. Now, if you want help in reactivating your account you have to copy and paste Amazon's very first deactivation email here.

But, IN CASE your took over this account from someone else, just forget it.

I would not do this on your place. If you don't have an INVOICE (not receipt) for the products you sent to FBA nor a "Letter of authorization" from the brand owner your product are considered as counterfeit. You wouldn't like to make this "Federal Trade Commission" do an investigation about you.

You can make complaints to everyone including God but if you do not have a valid claim then it won't make a difference. Amazon posts policies and compliance mandates in Amazon University Videos. This is FREE information to educate you on regulations and laws that Amazon upholds. You as a seller cannot make a mistake and claim ignorance as an excuse. If you account was deactivated and your inventory was seized as well as the money in your account then Amazon has a valid reason. If you have valid documents (INVOICES) "NOT RECEIPTS" from the BRAND manufacturer as well as a (LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION) from the BRAND and not the supplier that gives you authorization to sell the BRAND ON AMAZON then you might have a valid claim. If you do not have these EXACT documents then your claims are unfounded and won't be heard.

Again you need INVOICES FROM THE BRAND and NOT RECEIPTS

Also you need A LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION FROM THE BRAND which gives you the legal right to sell the product on AMAZON.

You can cry, whine, holler, complain, shout and threaten but if you do not have these documents this is 100% your fault because this information is given in the Free Amazon University Videos.

I don't understand what Amazon does, it tore my life apart, my products are real, everything belongs to me, we had to go through this because of an incompetent person in the video call, Amazon has become an unreliable partner, it can close anyone's account at any time, some comments asked if the products were invoiced, Amazon accepted the same documents as invoices before, there is not even a single customer complaint against me, selling on Amazon is definitely a big risk, sometimes they accept the same answers and sometimes they don't, don't ever sell on Amazon, [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary][Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary]
