Índice de envios com rastreamento válido

Bom dia, comercializo livros e faço envio próprio pelo Correio, sempre com o código de rastreio ok, porém minha conta está em risco de desativação por alegarem pedidos com rastreamento inválido, procurei na plataforma por esses pedidos específicos, mas nãoencontrei. Tenho todos os códigos válidos, e a cada envio o índice aumenta. Não sei o que fazer. Me ajudem por favor.

estou com um problema semelhante a esse mas o meu está diminuindo, porém, eles bloquearam o meu saque e ai to com divida pra pagar e eles não libera o pagamento

I understand you are having an issue with your Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) which is leading to your account being at risk of deactivation.https://sellercentral.amazon.com.br/help/hub/reference/G201817070?mons_sel_mkid=amzn1.mp.o.ATVPDKIKX0DER&mons_sel_mcid=amzn1.merchant.o.A182TLC21QGVX0&mons_sel_persist=true&stck=NA

If you are seeing an "At Risk" banner in your account, you will want to look for a "Submit Appeal" button within that banner. By clicking on that button, you will be redirected to a workflow page where you can submit any required information. If you are not seeing a button within the banner (or do not have the banner whatsoever), you currently do no need to take any action from an account level.

You can access the affected orders by clicking on the "download report" button from the VTR page within your account. You can then look at the tracking ID numbers from those orders to see how they differ from your orders where the metric was not affected. Some ways the tracking IDs would be deemed invalid are if the tracking numbers were entered late, or if a shipping carrier not on Amazon's integrated carrier list was used. The affected orders will fall off the report on their own after 30 days. This will bring the metric back toward the compliance goal of 95%. Additionally, orders shipped with valid numbers that do not affect the metric during this time will also help to bring your percentage number toward the goal. You can find more about the VTR here.

With this in mind, can you provide some detail about your shipping process regarding when the tracking numbers are entered, what carriers you are using, if you recently changed carriers, how are your shipping labels created,
