Over 2 Months - FBA Inventory Stuck in Amazon Mexico Due to Quantity Mismatch - No Resolution
Hi everyone,
I’m dealing with a serious issue affecting over 20 FBA products I shipped to Amazon Mexico more than 2 months ago. None of the inventory is available for sale because of a "quantity mismatch" or number inconsistency.
I’ve opened several cases with Seller Support, but I only receive automated or generic replies. No one seems to be reviewing the actual issue, and I haven’t been able to get any real help.
This is causing major losses to my business, as all of the units are stuck in limbo and not generating sales.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem with inventory being received incorrectly or marked as mismatched in Amazon MX?
How can I escalate this issue to someone who will take it seriously and fix it?
I appreciate any advice, experiences, or contacts that could help me resolve this.
