We finished the interview for identification and supply chain interview last week. We were told by the interviewer that it should take just a couple days to get the result. The message we received indicated 5 business days.

I looked at only a couple of the ASINs in question; did you include your Letter of Authorization from Fluke and Shark (and any other brands) to sell their products on Amazon? I'm not positive if those brands require LoA, but I'm pretty sure that NetGear does.

Reviewers will often say fine when it isn't. Reviewer doesn't get the final say, Amazon and the brand owners do. The reviewer is basically there to listen and pass the information on. You can absolutely not buy a product from Amazon and resell it on Amazon. That is basically rule #1. As someone else suggested, go back and review Seller Central. Spend at least one week on seller central and another week reading and re-reading Terms of Service until you understand everything. Unfortunately, you MIGHT be out of luck already.

Amazon deactivated all of my listings on 6/11. I attended the video verification on 7/1 and came out feeling confident everything went well since the interviewer mentioned that it should take around 24 hours to no more than a few days to get my listings back. It's actually 8/15 as of this writing. Don't believe everything they tell you and don't believe if they say they're your advocate. They'll promise you heaven and earth just so you can have a false sense of hope. I've been a third party seller selling exclusively on Amazon for over 12 years. The biggest business blunder I made in life was to give my all to Amazon and made them my only customer. They threw me under the bus with their "guilty until proven innocent" protocol and could care less about the livelihood of my family or employees' family. If you're reading this, please diversity into other marketplace and DON'T allow amazon to be your only customer. They'll be your judge, jury, and executioner will not hesitate to cut you off at any moment without notice.

The concern I see with this is Amazon may be authorized to sell prosecutes to end consumers like a retail store, but we cannot authorize another seller to resell these products or brands. Additionally showing proof of a supply chain when purchasing from amazon can be almost impossible if using a third party and not amazon.com. You would need to show purchase invoices that tether back to the original approved manufacturer or the brand it self. I can only show proof of authorization for my sources. For shark products, they were purchased from Amazon and the reviewer said it was fine.

The concern I see with this is Amazon may be authorized to sell prosecutes to end consumers like a retail store, but we cannot authorize another seller to resell these products or brands. Additionally showing proof of a supply chain when purchasing from amazon can be almost impossible if using a third party and not amazon.com. You would need to show purchase invoices that tether back to the original approved manufacturer or the brand it self. You can review our responsible sourcing and invoice requirement help pages along with our letter of authorization requirements as these may be requested or required.
