Post the ASIN. That is the only way anyone will be able to figure out what the issue is. Otherwise, we will simply be guessing.

Are you selling your own brand?
You can have a trademark for your name, and if you are selling other people’s brands, they have the right to their brands.

Update* I reached out to the email provided by amazon and the reporter got back to me apparently I have one word “satifyer” somewhere in the listing description, I apologized and ask for forgiveness also gave them the data for this listing profit generated total less than 100 USD, what should I do next guys?

Please note that even though you were able to get the violation details from the rights owner and you understood the mistake, it would be better to conduct a complete review of your products and listings to ensure that similar issues do not exist on remaining items. To be safe, make sure to edit or remove any illegal content from your listings.
Please be informed that the trademark restrictions are not only limited to your brand name, description, etc., but also the product images, product packaging, etc. Ensure that if you are using your own brand, then your images, product packaging, descriptions, bullet points, titles, etc should be free from any other trademarks.
For the plan of action, you may explain the same situation under the root cause of the issue that you used the term “satisfyer” by mistake in your listings. What corrections have you made to this issue? (not limited to the listing but to the whole catalogue and account). For retraction, you may get in touch with the rights owner again and try to come to a mutual settlement that would help you get a retraction from them. If you wish to remove this product completely, you can inform the rights owner and include this information in your plan of action.
