Do you have any friends, family members, employees, or previous employers who had a selling account? Did you ever allow anyone else to access your selling account? Do you share a computer or internet source with anyone?

These are questions you will want to consider when trying to find the connection between the two accounts. I also suggest looking over your account information to see if there is any information you do not recognize.

If you are unable to identify the account, you will have to demonstrate you are not related to any account.

If you do recognize the account or own the account, you will want to either reactivate the account or provide documents to show you are no longer related.
