I can't upload videos
Hi everyone, my Amazon account cannot upload videos. Generally speaking, sellers can only upload videos after selling for more than three months. But I have been selling products on Amazon for nearly a year and I still cannot upload products. I asked customer service but couldn't help me solve it. Can anyone help me solve this problem? Thanks!

Hello @Seller_k44fB9ZotHwC6- appreciate you posting this experience here in the seller forums. I would first start by checking to see if there are any callouts on your Account Health Dashboard that need to be addressed before listing issues can be corrected.
Next, sometimes videos can take 72 hours to make it all the way to the detail page. You can also view these tips for troubleshooting video issues. More broadly, there is also some solid information in this FAQ on managing product videos. Should those solutions not fix this, please do troubleshoot the issue with our support team!
