the system bug lead our account get deactivated after successful submission of DMCA counter notice in 4 hrs. we're the authorized distributor with LOA.
Also we have done some research to the complainer. And we found out [Moderator Edit: removed external URL] IS A scam blocked website built by shopify, They pretend to be Warner Disney Marvel and other companies to file complaints, and then defraud sellers of settlement funds.
They use more email Domains / [Moderator Edit: removed external URL]
For example
marvel / i[Moderator Edit: removed external URL]
warnermedia / [Moderator Edit: removed external URL]
We checked the informaiton of [Moderator Edit: removed external URL] from whois,they are a scam company.
So we went ahead and submit the appeal with the reason of account deactivated in error, but the reactive team ignore and reject our appeal as soon as we submit the new info. it's like the bot rejecting the case.
please transfer our case to professional internal team like counter-notice team for the further review.

Thank you for posting your concerns with intellectual properties.
A DMCA can only be accepted in situations of a copyright violation. When it comes to these situations you are required to follow our procedure for submitting a counter notice pursuant to the DMCA help page.
If incorrect or misrepresented information is received it will result in a deactivation of the account.
So you are aware an appeal will never be accepted for these situations. Per our intellectual property policy for sellers help page, you will need to resolve this situation with a valid DMCA. If this cannot be provided or as you mentioned was unsuccessful, you will need to work with the rights owner to have them retract their complaint or provide a court order with resolution of the issue.
When it comes to this type of issue it will now need to be resolved externally as we cannot offer any type of legal advice.
