Items made out of licensed materials
I always specify if my item is made out of licensed materials, but my items were removed due to "Policy violation".
Should I not use the name of the characters in any description or title?

Licensed materials often will say "Non commercial use only" on them. Even if it doesn't though, you don't have the rights and so your items can be removed and your shop shut down.
