As noted by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9this has been covered on LOTS of posts here in recent weeks/months so it should not be a surprise to you or any other Funko sellers.
I seem to recall one where the seller actually had an LOA directly from the legal counsel at the brand and they were declined.
