I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out for your assistance regarding an ongoing issue with our Inform Act verification. We initially completed the verification earlier this year, but the notification has reappeared. Despite completing the tax verification process again—and confirming it’s marked as complete on the portal—the notification persists, warning that the account might be deactivated.
We’ve already raised a case (ID: 17231535291) and were assured that no further action was required on our end, and the issue would be resolved. However, the notification remains unresolved. Could you please look into this and help us resolve the matter at the earliest?
